Onin Staffing Ad Campaign

Onin Staffing is a company dedicated to getting people into better, higher-paying jobs. This ad campaign was created to do just that. Together with a marketing consultant, we conceptualized a few campaigns to stop the scroll on social media. Some of the themes included “signs” from the universe, the fear of wasting your potential, and the holidays.
